A supermarket and other shops you The Parador de Cuenca is located in the Hoz del Huécar, opposite the famous Hanging Houses. It is located in an old convent that has been totally refurbished and equipped, with an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, a gym, a sauna and meeting rooms.
Its beautiful glazed cloister and the old chapel, now turned into a cafeteria, are worth highlighting. The historic centre of the city can be reached on foot by crossing the St. Paul's Bridge.
The Cathedral is about 450 metres from the hotel (about 7 minutes on foot), and the Enchanted City is some 30 kilometres away. Its rooms, many of them with views of the Hanging Houses, are fully equipped. They offer a soft and elegant decoration, maintaining the wooden floors and coffered ceilings of the building.
The restaurant is located in the former dining room of the monks of the convent, and during summer you can dine on the terrace with live music.
