Searching for a hotel or accommodation on Staytick is free, however if you decide to make a booking it would require you to become a member first in order to be eligible to enjoy our discounted prices, Become a member here.
The membership benefits apply only to the member who purchased the plan and his family (Family unit). By default, all bookings will be placed under the membership owner’s name.
You can start searching for places you are interested in from the home page of staytick.com. Type in where you would like to go, select the dates and number of people. Then simply start your search.
Once you have found the perfect deal for your stay, just click on “Book”
If at that moment you don't have an active subscription plan, the system will ask you to register first, then you will be able to proceed with the booking.
All StayTick hotel bookings are based on instant booking confirmation. Once the booking payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email in a matter of minutes.
All your bookings payments are carried out on a secured web-page. We do not store or hold your payment details on our cloud servers.
You can cancel your booking at any time, go to your Staytick profile. Just click on “My bookings” and “Cancel booking”
Depending on specific booking different cancellation fees may or may not be applied. The hotel will apply the cancelation policy you agreed on at the booking time.
After canceling your booking, you will immediately receive an email confirming your cancelation.
Of course, email address, password and your personal information can be updated in your profile at any time.
In order to do so, go to your profile and click on cancel subscription.
To reset your password, please click on the login button in the top right corner of the home page, and click on “Forgot password”? You will be able to set up a new password of your choice.
