* 5-storey building opened in August 2002, located on the seafront, on the sea promenade, with direct access by stairs to the “Cala de las Sirenas” beach, and about 500 meters from the urban center of Miami Playa, where you can find all kinds of shops, banks, supermarkets, etc.
The building has a open-air pool, open in high season (from June 15 to September 30 approximately), 2 elevators and outdoor parking area. All the balconies of the apartments are oriented towards the sea. RECEPTION AND KEY DELIVERY: Rentalmar Nabila Building Office Hours: 9:30 a.m.
