Guests 18 years and older are considered as adults must use an extra bed which will incur an additional charge. Remark: Others Guests arriving after 7:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival and are required to check-in at an alternative location.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. Guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time so the keys can be handed over.
This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. If guests check-in late, they are requested to collect keys from Cromwell Crown Hotel, 139-141 Cromwell Road, SW7 4DX.Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in.
