Guests 0 years and older are considered as adults must use an extra bed which will incur an additional charge. A valid credit card is required from the lead guest to hold this deposit.
If your security deposit does not cover the total additional charges, the hotel will be entitled to recover this from you without delay. Cheques and bank transfers will not be accepted.Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
Proof of identification and date of birth is required via the self check in link and if not actioned, Epic Apart Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain any owed funds as per the cancellation policy.Check In: We operate a full self-check in process.
The EPIC Team will send your access codes for the building and the lockbox (which will have your fob inside). Please note these will only be sent if you have fully completed your self check in form (Charge Automation).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
