Yes. Once your booking is confirmed you receive a confirmation, typically by email, with your booking reference and stay details.

Follow the instructions in your confirmation or contact our support team. Cancellation and change conditions follow the policy of the hotel or supplier, which is shown to you before you confirm.

For refundable bookings, the refund is processed according to the supplier policy and returned to your original payment method. It may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

The total price for your selected dates is shown clearly before you confirm, so you always know the full amount you will pay.

Prices include VAT and applicable taxes. A tourist or city tax, where the destination charges one, is not included: it is paid at the property, usually per person per night.

Yes. Payments are processed by trusted, secure payment providers such as Stripe, and StayTick does not store your full card details.
