Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange, cloakroom and lift access to the upper floors. There is a café, bar, pub and a restaurant on the premises.

Guests can take advantage of the room and laundry services on offer as well as the WLAN Internet access. Those guests who are arriving by car may park their vehicle in the hotels car park or the garage (the latter incurs a fee).
