We do have a private dock for the taxi, the waterbus stop is rights outside the main door and there is a Traghetto Gondola right in front. We are a family friendly property even if we don't have any connecting room. But we can easily book one room next to the other, just let us know at the moment of the reservation.
We are located in the historical center, right in front of the grand Canal. The area is very close to San Marco Square which is the heart of Venice (less than 10 minutes of walking distance). Very close to the hotel you can find local shops, restaurants and bar: this is the real Venice!!!
