Period of renovation :From January till September 2017 Working time:10.00 – 17.00 hrs (Monday to Sunday) Area:The Level Category (13th floor to 17th floor) Kind of work :including painting, drilling, hammering etc.
Beginning stage will involves drilling and wall hacking Any disturbance to guests :Only day time noise and we will have one upper and one below closed as buffer floors Please take note that the government has announced the enforcement of the Tourism Tax for stays at hotels/serviced apartments in Malaysia from 1 July 2017 with all guests on per room per night basis and tariff is depending on the star rating of the hotel.
The expected tax per room per night is RM2.50 for non-rated hotels, RM5 for two-star, RM10 for three-star, RM15 for four-star and RM20 for five-star hotels. This is expected to be applied in-addition to existing fees/taxes levied such as in Malacca, Penang & Langkawi and collected upon stay once in effect.
